If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n<p>To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\n<p>All our equipment come with limited warranty. This are faults caused by manufacturing process. Warranty does not cover faults caused by negligence, physical damage or power faults.<\/p>\n<p>Any item returned will be inspected and if ascertained it\u2019s the manufacturers\u2019 fault, the item will be replaced forthwith. The customer will incur the cost of repair if the fault is not manufacturers\u2019 fault.<\/p>\n<p>Additional non-returnable items:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gift cards<\/li>\n<li>Downloadable software products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n<p>Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.<\/p>\n<p>There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Equipment with obvious signs of use<\/li>\n<li>Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.<\/li>\n<li>Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n<p>If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Late or missing refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n<p>Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n<p>Next contact your bank. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.<\/p>\n<p>If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shipping Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To return your product, you should mail your product to: White Angle House, Tsavo Rd, 2nd Floor Room101,\u00a0 NAIROBI, Kenya\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
